- Submission Deadline: All entries must be submitted by July 1st to be eligible for consideration. Limited to one entry per person.
- Theme: Submissions must be a photo on Lake Shelbyville, IL.

- Submission: Entries must be submitted by June 21, 2024. Voting of all submissions will begin June 24 and top 4 finalists will be announced June 28, 2024. Winner will be chosen July 1, 2024 and contacted via email or phone.
- Originality: Only original photographs taken by the participant will be accepted. Plagiarized or stolen images will result in immediate disqualification.
- Format: Entries must be submitted in digital format. Preferred file formats include JPEG or PNG. Images should be high-resolution for optimal viewing.
- Caption: Each submission must include a brief caption describing the location and any additional context deemed relevant.
- Copyright: By submitting an entry, participants grant permission for their photograph to be used by Findlay Marina for promotional purposes.
- Prize: The winner will receive a reserved table for themselves and nine friends to see Colin Stough at The Foxmore in Shelbyville, IL on Friday, July 5th.
- Notification: The winner will be notified via email or phone call within one week of the submission deadline.
